About This Role
As an Internal Sales Executive at Dawsongroup ¦ emc, you’ll play a vital role in driving new business, managing key relationships, and supporting the wider sales team. This isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about understanding customer needs and providing solutions that make a real impact.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, keeping everything organised and up to date in our CRM system.
- Report on sales performance and provide insights to support business growth.
About You
You’re a confident, driven, and people-focused sales professional who loves a challenge. Whether you’re following up on a lead or negotiating a deal, you know how to engage and influence stakeholders to drive success.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and think on your feet.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
