Refrigeration & Fluid Chiller Engineer South UK
About this Role We're looking for a Refrigeration & Fluid Chiller Engineer to join our Dawsongroup Energy Solutions team. You’ll be hands-on with cutting-edge kit, working across our DGES fluid chiller fleet and refrigeration systems to make sure everything we deliver is reliable, safe, and customer-ready.
Carry out repairs, testing, commissioning, and installations on refrigeration and fluid chiller equipment
Inspect equipment pre- and post-deployment, ensuring compliance with F-Gas and safety standards
Attend customer sites to install, service, and troubleshoot chiller units
Support or supervise apprentices and team members both on-site and in the workshop
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to equipment quality

Full, valid UK driving licence
Qualified refrigeration engineer (Cert/Diploma as listed in the job spec)
Valid F-Gas qualification
Great attention to detail, strong communicator, and calm under pressure
Willing to stay away when required for site visits
